Are
you interested in making a thumbnail link exchange? This is by far the
largest hit giver from my page which is why you must have a larger site
of over 2000 uniques/daily. As you have seen on my main page, I will
put your thumb right at the top in a beautiful spot where everyone who
comes to Celeb Safari will see. All I require in return is that you
put my thumb onto your main page in a fairly good spot. Be
aware however that I will look for cheaters and will report them to the
blacklist (scary sounding eh?)

but this is the general idea. What it looks like is at the bottom
of the instructions:
Step #2: Send
me an e-mail with the
subject "Thumb Link Exchange" stating your name, your e-mail, your pages
name, pages URL and the URL of your thumb or the java code of your thumb
if thats the case.
Step #2: Wait
for a maximum of 2 days for a response from me telling you that your link
is up!
