Even
though you may have a smaller website (or you are just starting) I can
still give you a damn good amount of hits simply because you will still
get put on the main page under "New Sites" for an entire week, and if your
site suprizingly sends me enough hits, you will get onto my Top Referer
list. In any case you will go into my Links section as long as you
keep my sites link up on your page. Be aware however that I will
look for cheaters and will report them to the blacklist (scary sounding
eh?)

Step
#1: Simply add my permanent link,
(http://www.celebritysafari.com) to your MAIN PAGE with a nice text link.
I do not (yet) have any banners, so it must be a text link. By all
means create a banner for me and use that!
Step #2: Send
me an e-mail with the
subject "Small Site Exchange" stating your name, your e-mail, your pages
name, URL, and a nice description of your page.
Step #2: Wait
for a maximum of 2 days for a response from me telling you that your link
is up!
